Elite Care Canada is
New #1 Nanny Agency
Being the best nanny agency is no simple task, but this year’s winner shows that with the right focus and customer-friendly approach, the sky is the limit for success.
Recently crowned as the number-one nanny agency by City Parent’s Readers Selection Awards, Elite Care Canada has been building a reputation as Canada’s premier live-in caregiver service provider for years.
“It is really a question of referrals,” says Elite Care’s program coordinator, Maria McGraw, and indeed it is. Now recruiting from 82 different countries, Elite Care has been able to place caregivers with rich backgrounds in teaching, various languages, special needs, and health. Every family is unique and this diversity has build the reputation Elite Care’s staff stands by. It has been with the remarkable influx of referrals that Elite Care has become number-one – not through an assembly line model, but by an intensive focus on quality.
When asked about what’s next, Maria smiles. “We know why we have been voted first place and I can confidently say that the future is looking very good for providing even more caregivers of this caliber”. The rather large pile of applicants’ files her assistant is combing through seems to agree.
Elite Care Canada is number-one today and here to stay.

Receiving the title of the number one nanny agency from Durham Parent Readers, Elite Care Canada's high standards are being appreciated more and more at the community level.
Having received national recognition for its selection and placement standards, Elite Care Canada is not new to praise, but Durham Parent's Readers Choice Awards has been an occasion their office has marked with some excitement.
Asked why the award is so important, program coordinator Maria McGraw explains that, "It isn't a question of just cross-Canada recognition anymore. Our customers have been telling their friends and family in other provinces and municipalities about us for a long time. This is important because now neighbours, other parents at school, and co-workers are talking.
We aren't the big inside secret, but the gold standard now, too".
Building on years of intensive experience, Elite Care Canada has built itself upon a novel and effective strategy by recruiting from many countries simultaneously. Recently, the 82nd country was added to their list - providing caregivers with skills as diverse as the world and many available to start immediately.
"Parents call us because they have a need," McGraw explains, "they need to know their children are in the best hands possible. Our business is geared towards high standards and providing immediate service for those families".
Throughout the office, placement officers, support staff, and legal assistants are busy taking calls and a look at the day's mail, full of caregiver profiles, information for families, and follow-ups, indicates that Elite Care Canada is planning to hold its place as number one for a long time.
